It really depends on what you are in singapore for. If you are into shopping , orchard road offers many shopping malls to shop till you drop.
Start from tanglin mall and walk all the way down pass the forum shopping mall. The forum is popular with kids clothing and toys.
Next to the forum is the hilton popular with branded goods such as gucci, prada and such. Further down you ‘ll find many more shopping malls till suntec city. It’s a straight road.
A good way to see the city is either on the trolley bus or if you prefer guided tour take the city tour with pick up drop off from hotels around the city. To get a good view of the city from the waterfront you can also take the amphibious tour.
Also for a view of singapore and the southern island , try the harbour cruise .
One of the popular attractions is the night safari. You can make your own way there or take a tour.

Another popular attraction is the sentosa and the musical fountain . If you go after lunch, the surrounding view of the sentosa island starts to change as the sun goes down and the island starts to glitter.
There is also vivocity shopping mall for you to explore. Singapore is a modern city with shopping malls everywhere you turn your heads to.
